Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Our goal

We want everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control, to be able to read this site and request help. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

  • Pages use a single main heading, a logical heading order, and landmark regions, with a "Skip to content" link at the top.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and required fields are marked.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone, and focus outlines show where you are when using a keyboard.
  • Text and buttons are designed for readable color contrast, and the site respects reduced-motion settings.
  • Pages are plain HTML and CSS without pop-ups, so they work with browser zoom and reader modes.
  • We check pages with automated accessibility tools such as Lighthouse when we update the site.

Known limitations

The optional chat widget is provided by a third party, and we can't fully control its accessibility. Phone and the request form are always available as alternatives.
